Description:

The term 'bikeability' means in this case the suitability of cycling. The index is composed of five bikeability sub-indicators that were calculated from OSM data: 1. separation from cars 2. length of infrastructure 3. density of bike parking spots 4. density of potential destinations 5. proportion of natural area The final bikeability index value is the average of all five indicator values and standardized from 1 to 10. 1 means that the value is not sufficient at all. 10 means that the value is sufficient. Description:

Here urban walkability is calculated based on the structure of a street network by simply calculating intersection densities. Ref: https://github.com/eemilhaa/walkability-analysis In the future, we can extend it by easuring pedestrian sidewalk connectivity, proximity to amenities, and crossing safety parameters.

Description:

Explore observed cargo-bike traffic over time. Street segments are colored by the number of GPS-recorded traversals (both directions combined), aggregated per hour, day of week, month or year — drag the slider at the bottom of the map to scrub through time. Grey segments carry no recorded traffic in the selected time slot. Counts come from map-matched GPS trajectories collected in the PROMISE pilot.

Description:

Where cargo bikes stop. Each circle is a recorded stop location, sized and colored by the number of arrivals, aggregated per hour, day of week, month or year — drag the slider at the bottom of the map to scrub through time. Hover a stop for its name and count. Grey circles had no arrivals in the selected time slot.
